Frequently asked questions
Do I have to accept every load you find?
No. We send each offer with the rate, miles and details, and nothing is booked until you approve it.
What documents do I need?
A W-9, a certificate of insurance, your MC authority, and a notice of assignment if you use a factoring company. New carriers are welcome to apply: if you don't have your authority yet, we'll help you get it.
I don't have an MC number. Can you still help me?
Yes. We'll guide you through getting your USDOT and MC authority, BOC-3 and insurance in place. Once your authority is active, we start booking loads for you.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. We use a simple dispatch agreement and you can stop at any time.
Are you a freight broker?
No. We work for you, the carrier, and book loads under your own authority with brokers and shippers.
